ORDINANCE NO. 2023-002

INCREASE THE NUMBER OF MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENT PERMITS AVAILABLE FOR ISSUANCE BY THE CITY OF MENOMINEE

Section 2.12 of the Menominee City Charter authorizes the publication by summary of ordinances adopted by the Menominee City Council.

The following is a summary of Ordinance No. 2023-002:

Ordinance No. 2023-002 amends Chapters 11 and ____ of the Code of the City of Menominee by repealing Chapter 11 and Chapter ____ and by adding a new chapter ____ Marihuana Establishments. Ordinance No. 2023-002 revises the number of available Marihuana Establishments within the City as follows: Processor Permits – Unlimited; Secure Transporter Permits – Unlimited; Provision Centers – Unlimited; Retailers – Unlimited; Safety Compliance Facilities – Unlimited.
