Menominee City is accepting sealed bids for a two-year contract (5/17/21-5/17/23) for cleaning services at the City of Menominee’s City Hall Complex which includes administration, city council room, police station including E911 and Fire Station.
The bid should be designated in an "annual" amount (for each year) for the cost of the service contract. A mandatory on-site walk through is scheduled for Thursday April 29, 2021 at 1:00PM.
Interested parties must be bonded and a certificate of Liability & Workers Compensation Ins. is required on a yearly basis. Sealed bids are to be labeled "Contract Cleaning" on the outside of the envelope and submitted by Monday, May 10, 2021 at 3:00PM (C.D.T.) to:
